The CIA Congress 152nd General Assembly of Delegates first session was held in the Castelfidardo City Hall “ Salone degli Stemmi” in the center of Castelfidardo, Italy. The congress is divided in two parts with the second session being held on Tuesday, 10 September, 2024. Items discussed incuded things such as:

Adoption of new EU Statutes - The European Union requires official registration of our organization, so a set of statutes that meets EU legal requirements was formulated. The CIA will always maintain it's own Internal Rules (our current statues) that can be adjusted over time, but the basic legal entity filed in Helinski, Finland, will remain the same. The EU statutes were explained and distributed for review and subsquent adoption at the Closing General Assembly of Delegates.
 

Draw for Playing Order

Over 100 contestants gathered to take part in the draw for playing order. An automated system, the contestant scans his bar code and individual and group time tables are automatically generated. Designed by Ville Mattila and Jakko Vikman, the impressive system has been used for a number of years.
