As the 75th Coupe Mondiale got underway, members of the CIA Executive held their preliminary meetings ahead of the 148th General Assembly.

148th General Assembly - Opening Session

The CIA Congress 148th General Assembly of Delegates first session was held in the Aula Hall in Zofingen, Switzerland. The congress is divided in two parts with the second session being held on Sunday, 9 October. Items discussed incuded things such as:
