Instructions for Coupe Mondiale contestants from outside China, for all competition categories.

1. Fill in this submit application form in English language.
2. Applications must be received by 20 May 2019.
3. Each applicant will receive an email confirmation.
4. Application results will be emailed by 30 May 2019 to enable contestants to purchase the most economical airfares.

When I "SUBMIT" this application, I hereby agree that the sponsorship of €300 cash and the payment of monies for the hotel room and food for the period Tuesday 13 August 2019 to Monday 19 August 2019 will only be made if the contestant has fulfilled all of his/her responsibilities which are:

  • Coupe Mondiale competition entry completed and paid by 1st June 2019
  • Arrange CIA member association to write in support of this application
  • Compete in each round of their Coupe Mondiale competition category
  • Attend the Prize Giving Presentation and if a winner, perform at the Coupe Mondiale Prize Winners Concert
  • Participate in the scheduled rehearsals (to be announced) and performance of the 2019 World Accordion Orchestra XI on Sunday 18 August 2019.
