12 September 19:00 Rostov Academic Youth Theater. "Coupe Mondiale" Champions Concert
This evening, at Russia's first ever World Accordion Championship Coupe Mondiale, you will have an opportunity to hear the most remarkable Russian and foreign performers. Among them: People's Artist of Russia Alexander Sklyarov (Voronezh), Alexander Kolomiyzev (St-Petersburg), Alexander Poeluev (Rostov-on-Don), Lion Trio (Moscow) - the first Russian Trio which become world champions and also other winners of this very prestigious Coupe Mondiale competition from other countries.
13 September 19:00 Rostov Drama Theatre. Gala-Concert "Stars of Russia"
"Accordion Plus" show. Traditions and modern bayan accordion, the best numbers from previous concerts of "Accordion Plus" shows are the main idea of the concert. The leading popular musicians and ensembles from different towns and cities of Russia will join forces in order to present bayan accordion backing, bayan solo, bayan and ensemble, bayan and orchestra. You will hear: "BAYAN-MIX", "Siberian Duet", "Lipetsk Trio", Nazaretov musical school jazz band, "New Centripezn", Y. Shishkin, A. Poeluev as well as the performance of a famous athlete Y. Alehin with accordion, circus studio "Rian" and many others.
14 September 19:00 Musical Theatre. Concert "On the Edge of Accordion" the Opening of Coupe Mondiale 2016!
Grand opening of the 2016 Coupe Mondiale. In September 2016, a new spot on the musical map of the world will appear - it is Rostov-on-Don, a capital of the first ever World Accordion Championship "Coupe Mondiale" of accordion and bayan players to be held in Russia.
This solemn and joyful opening of the 69th Edition of the Coupe Mondiale international competitions will held on a stage of one of the finest theatres of the Russia. Significant musicians - Russian bayan and accordion players, the best Rostov groups: Don Cossacks State Academic Song and Dance Ensemble n.a., A. Kvasov, The Orchestra of Russian Folk Instruments "Don", ensembles "Dontsy", "ANI", "Russian Timbre", combined orchestra of 150 musicians, ensemble of folk accordion players "Kolokolchik" from Saratov, Viacheslav Semionov, Vasily Pianov, Alexander Poeluev and others. The presence of representatives of bayan and accordion associations from all the world (it is more than 50 delegations!) will be remarkable.
15 September 19:00 Officers' House (Dom Ofizerov), Concert "Rostov Presents"
Rostov school of bayan and accordion as well as our composer's school are considered to be one of the leading Russian schools. You can make sure of it at the concert "Rostov presents" where the Conservatory Orchestra conducted by Olga Lapteva will present it's achievements. People's artist of Russia, Viacheslav Semionov and his apprentices, among whom are Yuri Shishkin, Eduard Akhanov, Anatoly Zaikin, Michael Zacepin will perform for you. You can also enjoy the performances of the winners of international competitions Alexey Shaligin, Anna Krishtaleva, Denis Letunov.
16 September 19:00 Rostov Drama Theatre "Masterpieces of World Music"
Especially for the guests and the participants of "Coupe Mondiale", Rostov accordionist Alexander Poeluev with Italian musician and composer Roberto Molinelli conducting the symphony orchestra, will present a unique program which includes Masterpieces of World Music. These pearls of music feature talented arrangements which convey superbly the deepiest of feelings. The Rostov Academic Symphony Orchestra will accompany the performance of the two remarkable musicians.
